Executive Coaching
Most leadership challenges don’t come from lack of knowledge.
They come from how leaders think, decide, act, react, and respond. In complex environments, clarity disappears quickly. Priorities compete. Attention gets distracted. Decisions get harder, not easier.
This is where leadership shows up.
I have two decades of experience across sales, HR, and corporate strategy, leading commercial and people functions across EMEA, APAC, and the US. I have held roles including Head of Sales in Spain and Portugal, senior sales leadership for the Benelux region, and HR leadership for sales teams across EMEA, APAC, and parts of the US, alongside corporate strategy responsibilities across multiple markets within organizations including Google, Danone, and NBG Finansbank.
This combination of commercial acumen and people leadership has shaped how I think about performance in complex environments. Alongside this, my academic grounding with MSc in Neuroscience and Psychology from King’s College London, (ongoing) PhD in Psychology at University of Warwick, and formal coaching training at Cornell University, connects leadership behavior with evidence on how people think, decide, and perform.
How we work together
I focus on what actually works when the stakes are high. My coaching approach isn’t based on abstract management theories; it combines real-world leadership experience with behavioral research to challenge how you look at your business.
As your executive coach, I work with you on how leadership behavior translates into performance in real situations.
Not in theory. In the moments where decisions matter, pressure is high, consequences are real.
Whether you are a seasoned executive or an aspiring leader, we work together on how you:
- think in complexity
- prioritise when everything feels important
- make decisions with clarity
- lead people in demanding environments
- turn intent into execution
