About

Leadership determines how people and performance come together.

That idea has shaped my research, writing, keynote speaking, and executive coaching.

For much of my career, I have worked at the intersection of business, people, and strategy. I’ve led commercial organisations, worked in HR leadership, and held corporate strategy roles across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and the United States. Seeing organizations through these different lenses has taught me one thing: many performance problems are leadership problems in disguise.

That observation led me to ask a simple question: what actually reconnects leadership to people and performance?

I’ve spent the past two decades exploring that question in practice and through research.

Today, I combine my commercial and HR leadership experience with organisational psychology and neuroscience to challenge conventional thinking about leadership, employee well-being, organisational behaviour, and the future of work. My work has taken me to international conferences, boardrooms, podcasts, and TEDx stages, where I explore leadership through a practical, evidence-based lens.

Alongside my work, I am completing a PhD in Psychology at the University of Warwick, researching the relationship between leadership behaviours and employee well-being. I also hold an MSc in Neuroscience and Psychology from King’s College London and completed executive coaching training at Cornell University.

In October 2026, my first book, The Great Leadership Disconnect: Why HR and Business Leaders Drift Apart and How to Bring Them Back Together, will be published by Practical Inspiration Publishing. The book explores one of the questions that has shaped my career: why HR and business leaders, despite pursuing the same organisational goals, often experience completely different realities—and what it takes to change that.

Whether I’m speaking to an audience, coaching a leader, writing, or conducting research, the question remains the same.

What actually reconnects leadership to people and performance?

It’s the question that continues to shape everything I do.
