Opening PowerToHR-3 summit with my keynote: SPARK the Engagement

I’ll be opening this year’s PowerToHR summit with the first keynote of the event: SPARK the Engagement.

Employee engagement has become one of the most discussed topics in business, yet many organisations still struggle to create it. In this keynote, I’ll explore the neuroscience behind engagement and why leadership behaviour has a far greater influence on motivation and performance than most organisations realise.

I’m honoured to open the region’s biggest and most prominent summit, and look forward to sharing this conversation with HR and talent leaders from across the region on April 3, 2025.
