Launching The Great Leadership Disconnect at Hodges Figgis, Dublin

On Thursday, 5 November 2026, I’ll be celebrating the launch of my new book, The Great Leadership Disconnect, at Hodges Figgis, Dublin’s most iconic bookshop.

The book explores why business and HR leaders, despite working towards the same organisational goals, can experience very different realities. Drawing on two decades of leadership experience across Sales, HR and Corporate Strategy, alongside organisational psychology, I examine why this disconnect persists and what it takes to reconnect leadership, people and business performance.

The evening will include a short talk about the ideas behind the book, followed by a Q&A and book signing.

I’m looking forward to celebrating the book release in Dublin with friends, colleagues and readers.
