On 20 October 2026, my book, The Great Leadership Disconnect, will be published by Practical Inspiration Publishing.

Ask business leaders about HR, and you’ll hear, “HR doesn’t understand the business.” Ask HR leaders, and you’ll hear, “The business doesn’t listen.” Despite working towards the same organisational goals, both sides experience very different realities.

Drawing on my two decades of leadership experience across Sales, HR and Corporate Strategy, alongside research in organisational psychology, the book explores why this disconnect persists, how it affects decision-making and organisational performance, and what it takes to bring business and HR leaders back together.
