Returning to New HR Summit 2025 for a Leadership Panel

I’m delighted to return to the New HR Summit, this time as moderator for a leadership panel featuring senior leaders from Microsoft and Accumin.

Artificial intelligence has moved beyond experimentation. The conversation is no longer whether organisations should adopt AI, but how they can do so responsibly, effectively, and with people at the centre of the transformation.

I’m looking forward to leading a practical discussion on how HR can help organisations move from curiosity to capability.
