Employee engagement is often treated as an HR initiative. I believe it is fundamentally a leadership responsibility. In this keynote, I’ll explore how leadership behaviours influence the neuroscience of engagement, why people become energised, or disengaged, at work, and what leaders can do to create environments where both people and performance thrive.
